Happy New Years!

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! I think more important than trying to stick to a New Year's resolution list is working on making everyday worth living and enjoying. Today is the first day of the New Year. No matter what happened last year or any past year, we can look forward to a bright new clean slate. I have not made resolutions yet, but I know what I want to work on this year - better eating habits and getting more exercise.

Do something everyday that makes you feel good. Live your life while you are still living. Make a point to enjoy yourself this year. Find or do something that entertains you and/or makes you laugh. Embrace anything that brings you happiness and joy and don't let go of it! Really let go of everything that is holding your life down. Life is too short for all the negativity and baggage we tend to carry from year to year. A good start is to begin throwing away and getting rid of items you no longer need. Become prayerful, it really does work.
